What types of accommodations are available at The Boshoff?: The Boshoff offers three types of self-catering accommodations: a 3-bedroom self-catering holiday home, a 1-bedroom garden cottage, and a 1-bedroom suite.
What amenities are included in the accommodations?: Each accommodation option provides air conditioning, unlimited fiber WiFi, a TV, parking, and a patio area. The holiday home has a fully fitted kitchen, while the cottage and suite include kitchenettes.
What are the check-in and check-out times?: Check-in is strictly between 14:00 and 18:00. Check-out is no later than 10:00.
What happens if I check in late?: Late check-ins will incur a fee. If you check in between 18:00 and 21:00, there will be a surcharge of R750.00. Arrivals after 21:00 will forfeit the booking with no refund.
Is there a maximum number of guests allowed?: Yes, a maximum of 6 guests are allowed to book into The Boshoff, regardless of age, including infants and children.
Are visitors allowed on the property?: No, no additional guests or visitors are permitted on the property under any circumstances.
What is the policy regarding noise and parties?: No parties, functions, or loud noise are allowed on the property. Noise must be minimized between 22:00 and 06:00.
Is smoking allowed on the premises?: No, smoking is not allowed inside The Boshoff or The Boshoff Mini. A deposit will not be refunded if traces of smoking are found.
What is the refundable breakage deposit?: A R600 refundable breakage deposit is due in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded within 3 days after check out if the property is left in good condition.
What happens if the house is not left in good condition?: If the house or cottage is not left in the same condition as at check-in, the breakage deposit may not be refunded.
